Darwin

We've really enjoyed our time in Darwin so far. Its come a long way since my (only) last visit over a decade ago. The natural areas are great (including the fantastic Territory Wildlife Park), the parks and waterfront areas are plentiful and the new precincts (like the waterfront area) are impressive. They do well respecting their heritage sites too. Its hot though and must be very uncomfortable outside winter! We've had to spend some time on the car and have done various other 'city' tasks whilst here.
